Founders and Elder Pastors of Victory Outreach International

Victory Outreach was established in 1967 by our Founders Pastor Sonny and Sister Julie. The Lord gave them a world wide vision with our promise scriptures:

Isaiah 45:2-3: I will go before you and will level the mountains ; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.

Isaiah 54:2-3: Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities.

Our mission statement is:

Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.

This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches and training centers, in strategic cities of the world.

Victory Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny.

Victory Outreach works cooperatively with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us.

Information about our Church

Our Loving Pastors: Pastor Jimmy and Sister Nellie would like to welcome you to our church with open arms to each one of our services. We have a mens rehabilitation home for men that have problems such as addictions for drugs, alcohol; also for restoration in their lives and to get closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Many lives have been changed through the mens home including our Pastor Jimmy. The mens home is a life changing experience that gets you closer to God but that also helps people not only rehabilitate but to reshift in to soceity and to help restore family relationships.
